An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program               
expenses  of  state  government,  for  certain  programs,  and  to

Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget            
reserve fund; and providing for an effective date.

ending June 30, 1998, for payment of pay increases for state                   
employees who are covered by collective bargaining agreements, for             
salary increases under AS 39.27.011(f), and for increases for certain          
other state employees under secs. 36, 37, 38(b), and 41, ch. 4, FSSLA          
1996, from the following funding sources in the amounts listed and to
